As a Talent Partner, you will: 

- Source candidates for some of the UK’s fastest growing start-ups and scale-ups

- Develop new business accounts (full training provided)

- Build a strong personal brand

- Focus on results with a quality over quantity approach

- Receive lots of training both internally and externally

- Have a clear career progression plan
