Role: Business Development Executive
Location: London/Hybrid (2x a week in the office)
Salary: Up to £40,000 + uncapped commission

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Executive to work for a high growth scale-up vacation rental marketplace (think luxury AirBnB) that only works with the top 3% in every pricing bracket. They specialise in luxury stays only and act as a Michelin Guide for homes.
They are looking for a hungry BDE to join their Partnerships team and help them grow their new business accounts.
This team plays a key part in their success and represents their brand to a wide array of travel partners around the world, including luxury travel agents and entertainment & production companies.
A day in the life will include:
- Growing a portfolio of new business by setting up and attending meetings and webinars
- Key business development ensuring to maximise current key accounts by identifying and developing those that offer growth
- Manage the accounts to increase engagement and drive repeat bookings
- Identifying and developing new business and partnership opportunities
What you’ll need:
- Luxury travel background
- Strong business background and experience with account management
- Understanding of objection handling
- Willingness to learn and work in the 360 sales cycle (if you haven’t already)
