About the role:

A key member of Sales Team this London based/Hybrid role reports in to the Account Director. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the busy/active Sales Team, including logging sales, liaising with clients on projects, helping scope projects and general administrative duties. This is an exciting time to join a growing business and the position would suit somebody who is looking for an opportunity to grow and develop within the role and organisation.

 

Specific responsibilities will include:

 

  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team. Helping successfully manage inbound orders.
  • Occasional support across other teams
  • Completing ad-hoc sales tasks required for the team, such as logging sales, order, scoping projects and managing admin associated with projects from a sales perspective
  • Liaising with clients and providing updates where necessary.
  • Frequent communication across the teams within the business; Sales, Research, Engineering and Operations

 

The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • 1-2 years' sales administration experience
  • An interest to grow and develop within the sales, sales operations/support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal/external communications. You will be expected to liaise with end users, clients and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are briefed and delivered successfully
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines. On Device is growing in a fast-paced industry.

  • A high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Excel
  • Understanding of numbers
  • Knowledge of Google Workplace would be an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure
