Principal Consultant - Change/Transformation - Lloyds/London markets

You may be interested in this Principal Consultant role, to lead change/transformation delivery for a variety of Specialty Markets insurers & play a key role in the growth of this division for my client, a small but respected & established consultancy who work with some of the leading insurers, banks & pensions providers in the UK.

You'd consult clients on change strategy, build senior level relationships & lead architecture for major transformations from business/change architecture to AI/Data strategy and much, much more! If you want variety, you'll find it here.

Salary £110k + uncapped bonuses (OTE £140k) + 8% pension + private medical + more! You'd be based 2 days a week from my client's Lime St office; remote aside from that.
