- Remote Role | South Wales / South West preferred due to occasional travel to client sites and team meetups.
-Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 (DOE)

We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager who thrives in client-facing environments and can lead complex digital projects end-to-end — from discovery through to delivery and ongoing support.

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of website builds, enterprise applications, and Power Platform projects, working with clients who make a positive impact in areas like health, sport, and community services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Leading multiple client-facing digital projects (typically £60k–£600k)
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients — building trust, managing expectations, and confidently handling challenges
- Running stand-ups, writing tickets, managing teams — staying hands-on throughout delivery
- Collaborating with clients to shape solutions, challenge thinking, and ensure the best outcomes
- Juggling competing priorities and keeping multiple projects moving at once
- Working on projects with real-world impact — we choose work that matters

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience delivering CMS / website design and build projects (ideally public or third sector)
-  Strong client-facing delivery experience — you must be comfortable leading engagements, managing stakeholders, and building lasting relationships
- Background in user-centred design (GDS experience is a bonus)
- Hands-on Agile delivery — confident running ceremonies and working closely with development teams
- Organised, proactive, and unafraid to get stuck in to make things happen

Nice-to-Have:

  • Power Platform project experience
  • Experience delivering projects for public sector or social impact clients
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com

Why Join Us?

- A respectful, collaborative team that empowers you to own delivery
- Projects that matter — making a positive difference in communities
- Remote working — occasional meet-ups in South Wales / South West
- A varied role where you’re trusted to lead and given space to thrive

If you’ve led multiple digital projects in a client-facing role and love keeping delivery on track while building great relationships — we’d love to hear from you.
