Senior Credit Risk Analyst – Consumer Lending

Identify Solutions are searching for a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join an ambitious and growing lending business backed by a leading financial services group. If you're looking to step into a role where you can truly influence credit strategy, work across multiple product lines, and collaborate with highly engaged stakeholders — this could be the one.

You’ll be part of a second-line credit risk oversight team that’s hands-on, analytical, and proactive — not your typical “policy review” role. You'll dig deep into performance data, help shape credit policies, and provide independent challenge across the business.

 What You'll Be Doing

• Providing independent oversight across unsecured personal loans, motor finance, and mortgages
• Partnering with first-line credit and pricing teams to ensure lending aligns with policy and risk appetite
• Analysing Data to identify emerging trends and improvement opportunities
• Helping enhance credit policies and controls across all lending products
• Presenting clear, actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in consumer credit risk (e.g. acquisitions, collections, strategy, portfolio)
• Strong data analytics experience
• Able to independently investigate, challenge, and communicate risk issues
• Background in retail/consumer lending
