Job Title: Sales Development Representative (HealthTech SaaS)
Location: London (Hybrid – typically 1 day per week in office, commutable distance required)
Salary: Up to £45,000 base + OTE (c.£50,000)


About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing commercial team in the HealthTech sector. This is a high-energy, outbound-focused role where you’ll be responsible for building pipeline, booking meetings, and helping drive adoption of cutting-edge clinical trials technology.

You’ll work closely with sales and marketing, contributing to outreach campaigns, qualifying opportunities, and playing a pivotal role in scaling revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect into pharma, biotech, and CROs using outbound campaigns.

  • Run cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.

  • Qualify leads and book demos for Account Executives and Sales Leads.

  • Work closely with marketing on event follow-up and campaign activity.

  • Keep CRM (HubSpot) data clean and accurate.

  • Hit weekly activity KPIs across outreach and qualified opportunities.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years’ experience in SDR or outbound SaaS sales, ideally in healthtech

  • Proven track record booking meetings and hitting KPIs.

  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal.

  • Comfortable working in a startup/scale-up environment where things move fast.

  • Familiar with sales tools such as HubSpot, Slack, Apollo, Sales Navigator.

  • Tech-savvy and adaptable (Apple/Mac environment).

  • Ambition to progress into an Account Executive role.
