Customer Service Advisor - 3 month contract
Cardiff - hybrid (4 days onsite, WFH Friday)
£140 p/day (via umbrella) - Monday to Friday - 9am – 5pm
Are you someone who enjoys helping others and likes being the person people turn to when something is not working properly? Are you confident explaining things clearly, whether that is over the phone, by email, or face to face? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to help users access and use a range of internal and external systems. You will support users with registering for applications, navigating digital tools, and making sure they can access the information they need, even if they are not very confident with technology.
You will not be expected to know everything. Clear user guides will be provided, and you will have access to a dedicated IT support team to help with more complex issues. The role focuses on great communication, patience, and delivering a positive experience for every user.
