The Role

Were looking for a driven and organised Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our commercial team. This remote-first role focuses on generating qualified leads, booking meetings, and managing smaller accounts through onboarding and post-sale care. You will be the first point of contact for many of our prospects and will play a vital role in supporting our continued growth. This role may involve client visits and supporting your colleagues at events. It also presents an excellent opportunity for progression into a senior sales position over time.

What Youll Do

Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Identify and research potential customers through LinkedIn, online databases, industry events, and other relevant channels

- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone calls, email, and social media outreach to generate new leads

Lead Qualification

- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges

- Qualify leads and transition them to Business Development Managers for in-depth sales conversations

Pipeline & Account Management

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g. HubSpot)

- Track lead progress and ensure a smooth handoff to the wider sales team

- Onboard and manage smaller client accounts, including guiding them through contract signing and early-stage support

Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with colleagues to review lead generation campaigns and align messaging and content

- Share insights on lead quality and market feedback to refine outreach and targeting strategies

Performance & Development

- Meet or exceed KPIs for outreach, qualified meetings booked, opportunities generated, and pipeline contribution

- Participate in regular team sessions, training, and performance reviews

- Stay informed about Hastees solutions, market developments, and competitor activity

- Continuously explore and test new tools, including digital and AI solutions, to improve outreach efficiency

What Were Looking For

- Experience in a sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing role (B2B preferred)

- Confident communicator via phone, email, and virtual meetings

- Well-organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment

- Eager to learn, develop, and grow within a dynamic team
