Job Description

Marketing Manager (B2B) – Events & Content Focus | £40–£45k | Hybrid (London)

Are you a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager with a flair for events, content, and making things happen fast? We're looking for a commercially minded B2B marketer to join an award-winning insights business that's shaking up how brand advertising is measured.

The Role
This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants real ownership. With one Marketing Manager leaving, you’ll need to hit the ground running—support is in place, but this role calls for a proactive self-starter who can quickly take the reins.

You'll be central to:

  • Planning and executing industry events and conferences (some already booked in)

  • Creating engaging content (case studies, email campaigns, blog posts, award entries)

  • Managing social media and external communications

  • Supporting lead generation and sales with compelling marketing materials

  • Collaborating with Business Development and senior leadership

About You
You’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience

  • A background in media, research, or fast-paced/startup environments

  • Confidence in managing events and creating content

  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills

  • Experience with HubSpot (nice to have, not essential)

  • Adaptability—you’re calm with last-minute changes and thrive in flexible setups

Why Apply?
This is a growth-focused business where marketing plays a central role. You'll work directly with senior leaders, be trusted with high-impact projects, and have the chance to shape marketing strategy in a nimble, collaborative team.

The Details

  • Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + bonus scheme

  • Location: Hybrid (central London office, ideally 1 day per week)

  • Benefits: 25 days holiday (+ extras), flexible working, training budget, early summer finishes, wellness perks, sabbaticals, and more
