Job Description

Are you an experienced Senior PMO Analyst / Consultant with a background of supporting large S/4 Hana Migrations and Transformation programmes.
My client is on the lookout for an exceptional PMO Analyst / consultant to join them on an initial 6 month contract, outside IR35.

You will play a crucial role in delivering a wide range of PMO Activities, producing and implementing governance and controls as well as managing key delivery and status elements, and preparing progress updates.

You will work closely with the Delivery Project Manager supporting them on a day to day basis and the wider programme team when required. As the PMO Analyst you will help produce and implement the required delivery approach, governance and standards.

Key Requirements –

• You will have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a major PMO Role on a transformation project.
• Extensive self-sufficient PMO experience in programmes and projects involving major technical and business change.

• High proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assimilate and convey information clearly to a range of stakeholder audiences.
• PMO experience on an SAP/S4 Hana migration
• Appreciation of major ERP related business processes, data, IT, infrastructure, applications, architecture, and integration
• Natural ability to lead, direct, coordinate and facilitate disparate teams.
