Senior Customer Success Manager – Fintech | Barcelona

Barcelona (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

€40,000 - €55,000 base (DOE)

 

We’re hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager for a high-growth fintech that’s just become part of a global HR & payroll group. You’ll manage a portfolio of enterprise clients shaping success plans, building relationships, and driving real impact. What You’ll Do:

  • Own and grow relationships with key B2B accounts (UK + Spain)
  • Lead strategic reviews, success plans, and product engagement
  • Mentor junior team members and help shape CS processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, marketing & product

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B CS (SaaS, fintech or tech)
  • Fluent in English & Spanish
  • Strategic, data-driven, and hands-on
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to grow with a scaling business
