Job Title: Sales Development Representative (HealthTech SaaS)
Location: London (Hybrid – typically 1 day per week in office, commutable distance required)
Salary: Up to £45,000 base + OTE (c.£50,000)
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing commercial team in the HealthTech sector. This is a high-energy, outbound-focused role where you’ll be responsible for building pipeline, booking meetings, and helping drive adoption of cutting-edge clinical trials technology.
You’ll work closely with sales and marketing, contributing to outreach campaigns, qualifying opportunities, and playing a pivotal role in scaling revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities

Prospect into pharma, biotech, and CROs using outbound campaigns.

Run cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.

Qualify leads and book demos for Account Executives and Sales Leads.

Work closely with marketing on event follow-up and campaign activity.

Keep CRM (HubSpot) data clean and accurate.

Hit weekly activity KPIs across outreach and qualified opportunities.
What We’re Looking For

2–4 years’ experience in SDR or outbound SaaS sales, ideally in healthtech

Proven track record booking meetings and hitting KPIs.

Strong communication skills – written and verbal.

Comfortable working in a startup/scale-up environment where things move fast.

Familiar with sales tools such as HubSpot, Slack, Apollo, Sales Navigator.

Tech-savvy and adaptable (Apple/Mac environment).

Ambition to progress into an Account Executive role.
