User Researcher – Public Sector Digital Transformation
Hybrid (Liverpool, 2–3 days/week) | Up to £50k + bonus + benefits
Want to lead user research for a major Public Sector digital transformation used by millions?
You’ll design and deliver the insight that shapes next‑generation public services - influencing strategy, informing service decisions, and ensuring solutions are grounded in real user needs.
What you’ll do
- Lead user research across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live
- Plan and run qualitative & quantitative research across diverse user groups
- Translate findings into clear, actionable insight that shapes service direction
- Champion user needs across multidisciplinary teams
- Support GDS‑aligned delivery and contribute to service assessments
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience working in UK Public Sector environments
- Deep understanding of GDS Service Standards
- Skilled across a range of research methods (qual + quant)
- Ability to engage vulnerable or hard‑to‑reach users
- SC‑clearable (or existing clearance)
