IT Technician
Caerphilly
Up to £28,000 per annum + annual bonus
Are you a hands-on IT Technician who enjoys solving problems and supporting users when it really matters?
I’m working with a growing, employee-owned IT services business that’s looking to add an experienced IT / Cloud Technician to their busy helpdesk team.
This role sits within a collaborative technical team providing remote and telephone support to a wide range of clients across multiple sectors. It’s a varied position where no 2 days are the same, ideal for someone who enjoys technology, troubleshooting and delivering great customer service.
You’ll be supporting users with hardware and software issues, working across Microsoft desktop environments, Microsoft 365 and server technologies. The business places a strong focus on training and development and is keen to support technicians who want to grow their skills and progress their careers.
What they’re looking for:

Previous IT helpdesk or remote support experience

Strong customer service and communication skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft desktop environments

Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting

Knowledge of server operating systems

Confident with PC hardware setup and fault-finding

A hands-on approach and willingness to learn

MSP experience is beneficial but not essential
The role is office-based and requires a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
