Our Principles (How we do things)
How we do things is just as important to what we do. We have 4 core principles (in no particular order) -
1 - Work brilliantly together
You will need to help and support your colleagues, life for everyone should be more productive, more fun and rewarding with you in the team.
2 - Deliver with pride
We want you to be incredibly proud of the work you deliver. The worst thing for us is to deliver something and think “that’ll do”. We aren’t happy until we’ve nailed it.
3 - Seek new ways
We don’t want to be constantly “reinventing the wheel” but we never settle for how it has always been done. We’re always looking for new and more effective ways to solve our clients' problems.
4- Make an impact
Your work must make an impact. If it doesn’t make a difference to a client’s work or their understanding of the world, we have failed
Our Beliefs (Why we do things)
Our beliefs are important to us, they help us understand why we do what we do.
We believe that kids and families deserve better.
They deserve to be listened to and understood.
They deserve to have products and services that answer their needs and exceed their expectations.
They deserve to have content made for them that is entertaining, educational, and inspiring.
They deserve to be involved in a conversation and not just talked at.
