London / Hybrid

£60,000 - £75,000 + benefits

 

 

I am recruiting for a Research Director for a boutique growing market research agency that specialise in kids, teens, and families on a global basis. They offer an even split of qual and quant research methodologies with a wide range of clients from media and entertainment, to sports and food and drink.

For this position we are looking to speak with a Research Director / Associate or an experienced Senior Research Manager looking for the next progressive step. Being a growing agency we are looking for someone who is happy to be hands on, and be responsible for leading the business unit from team management, managing proposals and reports.

 

Ideally you will have

  • Experience in the kids, teens family research space (this is desirable but not essential), or a passion to develop into this area
  • Strong experience of mixed methods with the ability to deliver quality work
  • Have the ability to lead a team of researchers  - currently a team of 5 and growing, a balance of managing and scaling
  • Keep abreast of ever changing technology in the research space

 

The position offers

  • Salary range of £60K to £75K DOE with discretionary bonus
  • Hybrid working - 3 days in the office in London and the rest from home
