Cardiff - Hybrid (3 days in office)
Up to £30,000 + benefits
Looking to build a career in tech rather than stay on a service desk?
We’re working with a growing cloud and telecoms business in Cardiff, hiring 3 Support Engineers. It’s a great opportunity to move into a niche area like voice and cloud, with full training provided.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting a voice/telecoms platform (VoIP, SIP)

Troubleshooting issues and managing tickets end-to-end

Supporting customers via phone, email and ticketing system

Learning platforms, call systems and integrations

IT support, service desk OR strong customer service + interest in tech

Good problem-solving skills
