Job Description // Senior Developer • Experience // A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience building digital products • Technologies // Full stack, specialising in JavaScript including using React. Having experience
in any/all the following would also be beneficial: WordPress, C# .NET, Python, Azure • Location // our team and clients are based in the Swansea to Bristol region and require
monthly meetings in person, and daily remote working from home or your local collaboration hub

Department/Section Tech Team
Main purposes of job 1. Working with the Tech Team to implement development solutions for existing and new clients,
as well as internal company projects 2. Provide 1st and 2nd line support to customers 3. Technical tasks not limited to software development, operation of services and DevOps
processes. 4. Supporting the mentorship of other staff and/or Interns
Key tasks
Working with the Tech Team to deliver solutions by:
• Developing code to implement functionality as defined by stories provided by Product Owners/Management
• Contributing to design and technical architectural discussions where required • Following our process and best practice to assist in the operation and management of software
services • Reviewing code and providing feedback to other developers in the team • Working with other members of the team • Sharing knowledge to ensure the team is able to pick up any tasks • Being flexible and assisting the team as is needed
Key objectives • To deliver code to a high standard • Ensure delivery of software in line with requirements from Product Owners/Management • To provide a high level of support to customers
